"If you're tired of having an insurance company that does everything through automation. If you want an insurance company where you can meet in person and get things accomplished the same day. If you want to feel like a person and not a number. Then i highly suggest this office over all the others. I was with another company. That did everything online. There wasnt an office to go drop papers off or pick papers up. I couldnt get answers to my questions through email in the same day i asked the questions. The straw that broke the camels back, was when i had to file a claim. I was already shaken up from the accident i was in. To trying to do all the claim work through an automated voicemail, was so frustrating. I decided to look else where. I found Kimberlys office. Her team Roland and Jason, have been so helpful. They help explain the actual coverages that are included in each policy. They call me by my name without me having to remind them. They have helped me understand so much about the insurance world. I really believe there should be a class in high school teaching us about insurance coverage. Anyways, i hope you find this office to be as helpful with your insurance needs as they were with mine. "Would not use this particular state farm agent because their agents are not particularly competent. They lack follow up, thorough review of a customer's insurance policies, and proper training on insurance policy savings that are out there to be offered. Moved to another State Farm agent and within a couple weeks of moving my insurance policies they found a $50 monthly savings on my vehicle policies. Additionally, found improvements for my homeowners policy. I have been a loyal customer to state farm since 1992 and I am extremely disappointed how this agency treated me as a loyal customer. Wish I would have moved sooner to save my pocket book."

"Everyone here is so helpful, friendly and efficient. It doesn’t matter who I’m talking to, Kimberly, Roland or Jason and if they can’t answer my question they find someone who can, if they say they will call me back they actually do it. I recently had to call to understand my bill and Jason was great in taking the time to walk me through it all, my premiums, coverages etc. so I understood what I was looking at.
